Our peach and granola pancake recipe made with Cannelle Pancake Matinee! Mix is a true delight! With its yummy vanilla flavor and healthy ingredients, it is enjoyed by children and parents alike. A perfect treat for family Sunday brunch!
*It is possible to replace the granola (as the gluten free version is often hard to find) with nuts or shredded coconut.

 


INGREDIENTS

  • Cannelle Matinée! Mix 
  • Peaches, cut in slices
  • Granolas (gluten-free optimal)
  • Maple syrup

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Make the pancakes, according to Cannelle Boulangerie Matinee! mix instructions on . Set aside.
  • Slice fresh peaches.
  • Serve the crepes with sliced peaches, granola, and an extra drizzle of maple syrup.

 

You can make the crepes from scratch and also do a vegan option using our Cannelle Boulangerie’s All-Purpose gluten-free flour  and egg replacement mixed with your favorite milk substitute.
