90 ml Soy sauce. 90 ml
Chicken Broth (Homemade Cannelle Boulangerie Gluten Free Chicken Broth mixed with water)
90 ml rice vinegar
20 ml chopped fresh ginger
3 garlic cloves chopped
1 tablespoon Potato Starch Cannelle Boulangerie
2 teaspoons of Paprika.
2 teaspoons of Sambal Oelek.
1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
1 cup of sugar.
2 colored peppers in strips
1 kg of chicken thigh or boneless breast cut into cubes
175 ml vegetable oil
2 green shallots cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
Salt pepper to taste
3 tablespoons water
In a bowl, combine chicken broth, vinegar, ginger, chopped garlic, soy sauce, paprika, Sambal Oelek, sesame oil and cornstarch. Leave besides.
In a pot mix the sugar and the water. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the first mixture. Bring to a boil again, whisking constantly.
Sauté the peppers in a pan and set aside.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add the flour and mix until the chicken is well coated. Remove the excess.
Color the chicken pieces in the oil. Remove and drain well. Keep warm.
Mix the chicken and peppers with the sauce.
Serve on rice or vermicelli and decorate your dish with green shallots and sesame seeds.
