All Cannelle Boulangerie products are certified gluten free under the Canadian Celiac Association’s Gluten-Free Certification Program. Cannelle Boulangerie has undergone a strict regulatory process with the Celiac Association to ensure that our facility is safe and 100 percent gluten free.
Although we recommend keeping breads in the freezer, it can be left on the shelf for 3-5 days. We do not recommend keeping it in the fridge as it will dry out. The Banana Bread and Minibrownies (hyperlink) can be left in the fridge for 2 weeks. We do not recommend having any of our frosted desserts on your shelf as they contain dairy.
