All Cannelle Boulangerie products are certified gluten free under the Canadian Celiac Association’s Gluten-Free Certification Program. Cannelle Boulangerie has undergone a strict regulatory process with the Celiac Association to ensure that our facility is safe and 100 percent gluten free.

No, we only use ingredients that are GMO free.

Cannelle Boulangerie gluten free bakery products are found in the frozen section, or in the health & wellness frozen section of your grocery store.

As some of our products contain nuts, our facility is NOT peanut and tree nut free.

The Bravo! (hyperlink) sliced bread is our completely vegan gluten free product.

Some of our products are lactose free. These include: Quinoa Ect. Sliced Bread, Muesli Cheri Sliced Bread, Bravo! Sliced Bread, Hamburgers, Hot Dog, and our Panini.

No, our products are not certified kosher.

FROZEN IS THE NEW FRESH!

All Cannelle Boulangerie products are clean label, and do not contain any preservatives. Thus, for optimal freshness Cannelle Boulangerie products are kept in the freezer.

Our Breads last for 9 months in the freezer, while our desserts last for 6 months.

Although we recommend keeping breads in the freezer, it can be left on the shelf for 3-5 days. We do not recommend keeping it in the fridge as it will dry out. The Banana Bread and Minibrownies (hyperlink) can be left in the fridge for 2 weeks. We do not recommend having any of our frosted desserts on your shelf as they contain dairy.
